They consist of loose collagen fibres and blood vessels surrounded by skin. While harmless, skin tags can increase in size or number over time, particularly in areas of friction.

- The area is cleansed, and the practitioner carefully applies liquid nitrogen to the skin tag.
- The extreme cold freezes the tissue, cutting off the blood supply to the skin tag.
- Over the course of several days, the treated skin tag will dry out, darken, and fall away naturally.
- A small dressing may be applied if needed, and you can return to your usual activities straight away.
Cryotherapy is suitable for all skin types, and our team assesses the risk of keloid or hypertrophic scarring beforehand, especially for clients with a history of raised or thickened scars. Please note that we do not offer skin tag removal on intimate areas.
