Cancellation Policy

iClinical is committed to providing exceptional care. To ensure that each patient has the opportunity to be seen, we operate a strict cancellation policy. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

1. Notice Period

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may be waiting for treatment.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations with >24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations with <24 hours' notice: A late cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation/procedure cost may be applied.

  • Non-Attendance (No-Show): If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service may be charged.

3. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our team at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the clinic management.
